We have all heard of those “miracle” diets and fancy shakes or eating soup to become thin. Well, don’t you think we really just need to eat healthy foods and exercise and continue to lead that heal
thy lifestyle?
Here are a few tips on the “right foods” to help you burn up calories but remember to eat healthy, eat reasonable portions and exercise!

1)Quinoa- this is a whole grain that curbs hunger, 2.6 grams per 1/2 cup.

2)Eggs
Dig in to eggs, yolks and all: They can help you trim inches. Women on a low-calorie diet who ate an egg with toast and jelly each morning lost twice as many pounds as those who had a bagel breakfast with the same number of calories but no eggs, a study from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge reports. “Egg protein is filling, so you eat less later in the day,” says David Grotto, R.D., author of 101 Foods That Could Save Your Life (Bantam).
